Stylora Pro: Terms and Data Policy

Rules for using the platform and mobile app, including what data we collect, keep, and why.

1. Scope

This page applies to Stylora Pro web services and related mobile applications (Android and iOS). By using the service, you accept these terms and the data processing policy described here.

2. Data We Collect

  • Profile data: name, email, phone, company details, and user role.
  • Operational data: bookings, services, schedules, staff, customers, notes, and visit history.
  • Technical data: IP address, access logs, device details, browser/app version, diagnostics.
  • Communication data: form submissions, support requests, and email correspondence.

3. Mobile App Data

The mobile app uses only the data required for service functionality. Additional permissions may be requested only when you activate a specific feature (for example notifications).

  • Push notifications: booking reminders, booking updates, and system alerts.
  • Session and security data: login tokens, access validation, and abuse prevention.

4. Why We Need This Data

  • To deliver the service: bookings, schedules, salon operations, and customer management.
  • For security: account protection, logging, and abuse prevention.
  • For support and improvement: issue diagnostics, reliability, and performance.
  • For communication: notifications, request handling, and service updates.

5. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests (for example security and audit trails). When an account is terminated, data is archived or deleted according to internal procedures and applicable law.

6. Third-Party Processing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers (hosting, notifications, email, operations) strictly for service delivery and under contractual security and confidentiality safeguards.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational controls, including access control, logging, and monitoring. No platform can guarantee absolute security in all circumstances.
